Induction level training for any staff involved in preparing or handling food in order to run your premises in safe and hygienic way.

  • Understand the importance of keeping work areas clean and hygienic in a food environment

  • Understand how to keep food safe in a food environment

Group bookings are conducted at your premises and is for 4 - 15 candidates.
